Raw Chocolate Mousse Recipe


This is an easy to prepare healthy raw desert that tastes amazing.

Raw Chocolate Mousse

Serves 4-6


4 medium, ripe avocados

1/3 cup raw agave

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Fresh fruit and nuts, for garnish


· Place all ingredients in the food processor, until smooth.

· Chill for about 2 hours in the fridge.

· You can also chill by placing in the freezer for half an hour

· Garnish with fresh fruit and a sprig of mint
