Raw easy to make in a few minutes truffles. Great for children and for a quick snack when feeling like a healthy quick sugar fix.

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups walnuts
  2. 1 cup pitted dates
  3. 1 tbls coconut oil
  4. 3 tbls raw cacao powder
  5. 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until ingredients has blended together.
  3. Scoop out small amounts to roll into small balls and roll in coconut.
  4. Refrigerate until required.
