RAW WALNUT PATTIES WITH SAUCE
(Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan)
These easy to make patties can be eaten with or without dehydrating.

Ingredients
  1. Serves 4
  2. 1 cup finely ground walnuts
  3. 1 cup sprouted spelt
  4. 1 cup ground raw oats
  5. 1/4 cup almond meal
  6. 1 cup parsley
  7. 1/2 tsp Celtic or Himalayan Salt
  8. 1/2 tsp sage
  9. 1-2 cloves garlic
  10. 1-2 tsp organic vegie stock powder
  11. 3tbls almond butter
  12. 2tbls shoyu
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together and let sit for at least 15 minutes before dehydrating
  2. Scoop 1/4 cup of mixture to make one patty.
  3. Place each patty on a non-stick sheet in the dehydrator on high for about 4 hours turn or use the oven on a low heat 43 degrees Celsius. If you want a dryer pattie then leave in dehydrator for longer turning them over a few times. When ready roll into sauce and serve with your favourite salad
Raw Sauce
  1. 1 cup diced roma tomatoes
  2. 1tsp apple cider vinegar
  3. 2 tsp shoyu or tamari
  4. 1tsp agave
  5. Pinch Celtic or Himalayan salt
  6. ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes previously soaked
  7. • Blend all ingredients together in blender. Dip patties in sauce or in a side dish.
