Wonderful winter warmer – a touch of cayenne warms the body a great blood thinner and has healing effect on multi body systems.

Ingredients
  1. Serves 4
  2. 2 cups butternut pumpkin
  3. 1 small carrot
  4. 1/2 avocado
  5. 1 small onion
  6. 11/2 cups coconut cream
  7. 2 cups almond milk
  8. A small nob ginger
  9. 1-2 cloves garlic
  10. 1/2tsp turmeric
  11. 2tsp Celtic or Himalayan salt
  12. 2tsp tamari
  13. 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  14. 1tbls agave
  15. Handful of coriander - optional
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients except the coriander in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Place in oven on warm for about 30 minutes to 1 hour or in a dehydrator or Thermomix. Make sure it is only on warm – no more than 45C so as not to cook the soup.
  2. When serving sprinkle optional coriander on top
  3. Add a little water if soup is too thick.
