RAW PINA COLADA
(Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan)
My raw smoothie can also be used a welcoming vegan cocktail for dinner guests.

Ingredients
  1. Serves 4
  2. 2-cups fresh pineapple
  3. 2-cups coconut milk
  4. 1 frozen banana
  5. 1tbls coconut oil
  6. 2tbls Agave or 2-3 Dates
  7. 1/2tsp pure organic vanilla powder
  8. Slice of pineapple to decorate and a little nutmeg to sprinkle on top
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in a blender for 15-20 seconds until frothy.
  2. Serve in a long glass.
  3. Sip slowly.
Notes
  1. A variation to this is to add a scoop of your favourite raw protein powder to this delicious smoothie
