RAW PEAR AVOCADO KIWI FRUIT SMOOTHIE
(Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan).
I created this smoothie one morning when I ran out of bananas I like my smoothies to be creamy and to my delight it was.

Ingredients
  1. 1 pear
  2. 1 kiwi fruit
  3. 1/2 avocado
  4. 2/3 home make Almond Milk
  5. 1tbls coconut oil
  6. 1/4tsp pure organic vanilla powder
  7. 1tbls raw almond butter
  8. 1 seeded date.
  9. 1/4 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Skin all fruit and place in blender with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
