Ingredients
  1. Meat from one coconut
  2. 3 cups of coconut water from drinking coconut
Instructions
  1. Sieve the water and place in your blender
  2. Add the meat and process in blender until smooth
  3. This will make approximately 2 cups of thick coconut milk – you can add more coconut water if you wish it to be a thinner consistency.
Notes
  1. ☺ Coconut water is known to be the most pure water chemically identical to blood plasma with twice the amount of potassium than a banana.
  2. The benefits of coconut water are numerous with anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory properties.
  3. This amazing water contains high levels of lauric acid which is what is used by the body to make mono-laurin -- a disease fighting fatty acid derivative. Babies make mono-laurin from the lauric acid in their mother’s breast milk so coconut water is recommended for nursing mothers. Lauric acid has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties which protect young children and adults against various infections.
  4. Coconut water has a high level of electrolytes. Electrolytes are important because they are what your cells (especially nerve, heart, muscle) use to maintain voltages across their cell membranes and to carry electrical impulses (nerve impulses, muscle contractions) across themselves and to other cells. Your kidneys work to keep the electrolyte concentrations in your blood constant despite changes in your body. For example, when you exercise heavily, you lose electrolytes in your sweat
