Dips like raw humus are so easy to make and wonderful for a party dip or as a snack. Wonderful with raw crackers

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup almonds blanched and skins removed
  2. 2tbls tahini
  3. 1tbls cold pressed olive oil
  4. 3tbls lemon juice
  5. 1 cup water
  6. 2 clove crushed garlic
  7. 1 tsp Celtic or Himalayan Salt
  8. 1 tsp paprika
  9. ½ tsp ground cumin
  10. 2tbls finely chopped parsley for decoration and taste
  11. Extra olive oil for serving
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth adding a little extra water if necessary. Serve in a large bowl making a hole in the centre. Place some olive oil in the middle. Sprinkle humus with parsley and paprika.
