CORN BREAD
(Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan)
Dehydrating or oven option for this wonderful corn bread

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups organic frozen corn kernels
  2. 2 cups filtered water
  3. 1 tsp fine Celtic salt or Himalayan salt
  4. 1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil
  5. 1 cup polenta
  6. Caraway Seeds (optional to sprinkle on top)
Instructions
  1. Blend corn kernels and water.
  2. Place into a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in salt and oil.
  4. Add polenta and mix well.
  5. Pour into bread tin and bake for 45-60 mins at 108C or until firm. If using a dehydrator placed mixture in a high sided not stick biscuit tin on a temperature of 43C until ready – about 12 hours.
  6. When cool cut into serving sizes and place in freezer and warm in toaster or oven when needed.
